20 – Tashigi

19 – Vergo
Being one of the main antagonists in the Punk Hazard arc, he appeared as a Marine Vice-Admiral who is actually under actually a member of the Donquixote Pirates undercover. Vergo Armament Haki was quite good as he was able to fight Smoker well but fortunately was defeated by Law in a quite simple way 😐. 18 – Ryokugyu
The Marines needed more personnel after the Paramount War to fill the two open positions left by Akainu and Aokiji. Ryokugyu was chosen in a World Military Draft to be one of the Three Admirals.
He hasn’t yet been observed in action, which is a shame.
