Boy and Girl Otaku, we will provide you with a list of upcoming anime TV SERIES in August and October as well as the premiere date. Take a sip and let’s start right away.
1. Fena: Pirate Princess (TV)
Premiere date: 2021-08-11
The first upcoming Anime in August and October is Fena pirate princess. Following the life of an orphan, Fena Houtman is a powerless girl who has no hope in a world where people are being used and discarded by British soldiers. However, a time comes when she forges a new identity, searches for a new place where she can truly live happily and find the mysteries behind the word “EDEN“
2. Megaton-kyū Musashi (TV)
Premiere date: 2021-10-01
The second upcoming Anime in August and October is Megaton-kyū Musashi. 99.9% of the human race has been destroyed by mysterious alien forces and the remaining humans do not have any choice but to hide in shelters in order to survive while waiting for a peaceful day.
Some shelters host humans with their memories regarding the destruction completely wiped away and they live a normal life. However some of them designated as the “chosen ones” have become pilots, controlling “Rogue”. These are giant robots used to fight against those aliens and as time passes new pilots are chosen.
3. Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon – The Second Act (TV 2)
Premiere date: 2021-10-01
The next upcoming Anime in August and October is Yashahime Season 2 release date is confirmed for Fall 2021. Yashahime is a sequel to the INUYASHA. The anime will premiere on Yomiuri TV and NTV on October 2. Viz Media also confirmed that the anime will stream on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu. The male idol group who previously performed the second opening of the anime will also perform the new anime opening theme song.
4. Gunma-chan (TV)
Premiere date: 2021-10-03
The third upcoming anime Gunma-chan is an anime base on the prefecture mascot character. It is scheduled for broadcast as a TV show in October
5. The Vampire Dies in No Time (TV)
Premiere date: 2021-10-04
The Vampire Dies in No Tim or Kyūketsuki Sugu Shinu is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Itaru Bonnoki. An anime adaptation was announced on May 7, 2020.
The series will premiere on October 4, 2021, on Tokyo MX, BS11, tvk, KBS Kyoto, and SUN. Jun Fukuyama will perform the series’s opening theme song “DIES IN NO TIME”, while Daisuke Ono and Takayuki Kondō, performing as TRD will perform the series’s ending theme song “Strangers”
This is a little synopsis of the series. A vampire hunter decides to go to a mansion after hearing rumours of child abductions. As he arrives there, he discovers that the vampire is nothing but a weakling and the so-called kidnapped children were simply using the haunted mansion as their playground.
6. takt op. (TV)
Premiere date: 2021-10-05
Another upcoming Anime in August and October is Takt op. In the story of the anime, one day a black meteorite fell on the world, and the world completely changed. The meteorite produced grotesque monsters called D2, which started running rampant. D2 very quickly banned all music, which was the one thing able to overcome them. But there were some people who resisted the D2. They are young women who hold the power of music, the “Musicart.” These young women hold “scores” that are able to defeat the monsters. And there are also people who lead these women, the Conductor.
The anime takes place in America in the year 2047, which has fallen to ruin thanks to the D2. Takt, a Conductor, is partnered with a Musicart named Unmei. Takt yeans for music to be returned to the world, and Unmei wishes to destroy the D2. Their aim is to travel to New York.

7. Platinum End (TV)
Premiere date: 2021-10-07
One of the awaited upcoming Anime in August and October is Platinum End. Defeating 12 gods candidates within 999 days is quite a challenge in order to become a God. Platinum End follows the story of an orphan boy named Mirai Kakehashi who is constantly depressed and tries to attempt suicide on his graduation day. However, a mysterious girl known as Nasse a guardian angel offers him a chance to survive by granting him supernatural powers and the possibility to become the new god.
Masahiro Tokuda is composing the series’s music. The series is listed for 24 episodes, and it is set to premiere on TBS, BS11, and other channels on October 8, 2021.
8. Sakugan (TV)
Far in the future, human beings were pushed into the deep underground world called Labyrinth and they are living shoulder-to-shoulder. The Labyrinth has several colonies with severe settings such as one having an insanely high temperature, while another is full of gold and silver. Among those, in a colony of Pinyin, resides a curious nine-year-old girl named Memempuu and her father Gaganbar. As “workers” aiming for survival, they live with the lowest profession of riding a working robot to dig ore.
One day, Memempuu pestered Gaganbar, a cave examiner who makes maps of the internal part of the Labyrinth, to go travel together with her to find her mother. As a “marker,” Gaganbar holds the most dangerous yet attractive profession. One step outside the colony is already deemed to be a dangerous area and meeting a huge mysterious creature that loiters the cave, one’s chance of living will be cut down to five percent.
Since it is a dangerous racket to explore the unknown world, the map they hold is valuable and can be sold at a high price. However, is the price for their curiosity higher? What could be the cruel truth that is hidden among them? What awaits at the end of the test? This travel story between a father and a daughter surrounds adventure with family love.
